EA/Client Liaison – Interiors
Interiors company producing exquisitley designed furniture and accessories that are sold worldwide need an experienced Executive Assistant with client facing skills to support the Founder in all aspects of running the business. Responsibilities include diary management, organising orders/deliveries to VIP clients, sending quotes, chasing payments, liaising with the production team, managing warehouses in London and New York, and general administration. You must have previous experience in office administration, a secretarial course preferred, be IT proficient, with excellent command of English, able to self-motivate and work independently. This is a fantastic opportunity for a competent and switched on candidate who has a few years work experience under their belt, preferably within the interiors sector.
